Modal verb SHOULD.
"Should" is most commonly used to make recommendations or give advice. It can also be used to express obligation as well as expectation.
Example:
You are smoking alot.     You shoud go to the Doctor.
you are liying to your sister. You should tell the truth.

WE USE SHOULD IN PRESENT, PAST AND FUTURE.

SHOULD IS USED AS AN OBLIGATION, AND SHOULD IS STRONGER THAN MOST.
